There are plans for large scale vaccination centres in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Bathgate, Musselburgh, Aberdeen and Motherwell
Plan includes priority groups
Over 80s to be vaccinated by first week in Feb includes around 250,000 people
Most who live in care homes (total 30,000 residents) will already have had their jags, plus 2% of those in community
But > 200,000 still to get vaccine in next 2-3 weeks

elderly care home residents
care home staff
frontline NHS and social care workers



Future vaccination targets:
mid-Feb - all over 70s
beginning March - all over 65s plus clinically extremely vulnerable
early May - all over 50s and vulnerable younger people
