Take the acid reflux product (called Evens)

Once you sign up, you get a telehealth specialist / team plus meds to help with the condition.

The meds are all the same acid reflux meds you'd expect to get but with the Evens brand and increased price. Peep the Amazon comparison
This of course solves the problem of pretty designed website + convenience but it also silos patient care.

Issues like migraine and acid reflux are most often managed by primary care and making them individual issues makes a quick buck but unbundles overall care.
This is bad for two reasons:

1. Primary care (already underpaid) loses $$$
2. Patients seen for issues (e.g. hypertension) that don't have immediate symptoms may be lost if they can get their symptoms fixed by services like this (i.e. my GERD is good so who cares about BP)
Still thinking through all of these ideas but my initial read is that this doesn't seem like the best way to manage care and seems more like a tech company trying to make easy money from a broken system
