Pls stop feeling like being mad, angry, upset, sad, etc is lowering your vibration. It is not. These are human emotions. And you are living the human experience.
Pushing these emotions down is what ‘lowers your vibration’ because you’re not allowing yourself to move through your truest emotions.

When you don’t allow yourself time to feel, you hold on to it and it drags you down vs just dealing with it in that moment
It’s not a waste of time or energy.
Move through all of your emotions, not just the ‘good’ ones.

Get the root of the ‘why’ you’re feeling the way you are.

Are you really mad because of what or how they said what they said or did it trigger something deeper that’s unresolved?
And it may not be anything deep, what they said or may have just pissed you the hell off and that’s FINE.

Give yourself about 10 mins to be purely pissed off
After that, for the next 5 mins, work on bringing yourself back down to center—
Lastly, for 5 more minutes shift your energy & find a healthy release for it.

Get. It. Out. Otherwise you’ll hold on to it for longer than you need to.
