ENT Specialist here:

The morning sneezing/ nasal congestion/ itchiness is maybe caused by vasomotor rhinitis.

Your sensitive nose cannot cope with the sudden change in ambient temp: from cold to warm, or vice versa. (Nahamugan, napawisan, natapatan ng aircon). https://twitter.com/claudiopoy/status/1349157152594661376
Madali malaman- may oras ang atake: madalas pagkagising sa umaga, tapos wala na sa maghapon, or pag pasok sa bedroom or from biyahe pasok ng office.

If the weather is stable or gradual ang transition ng ambient temperature, hindi ka aatakihin.

This is not infection/allergy.
Hindi siya sakit na magagamot ng isang beses lang. Para siyang hika. Andyan lang parati.

What you need is preventive maintenance. You take/ spray the meds to PREVENT the attacks.
