To Jan 11, provinces have administered 399,854 doses (72% of 552,075 received).

Provinces are currently administering vaccine at the rate of 33,000 doses/day.

Provinces’ current inventory of ~152,000 doses equals a five-day supply.

During January 11-31, the federal govt forecasts provinces will receive another 797,700 doses, an average of about 40,000/day:

Push is on to scale rates of procurement, distribution, administration towards 6 million doses/month, an average of 200,000/day.

To achieve 85% of adults vaccinated (27 million adults) requires 54 million doses (all vaccines are 2-dose, except possibly Jannsen).
