7 - 8 Hours Of Sleep Per Night

If you regularly get under 7 – 8 hours of sleep per night you can kiss goodbye to healthy testosterone levels!

Multiple studies have shown getting under this amount can lower testosterone by as much as 20%!
Keep Testicles Cool

For most the day you want to keep your balls cool. They are sensitive to heat, including hot water & when too hot T production can be negatively impacted.

You should wear baggy fitting underwear & opt for warm showers or at least some time in a cold shower
Drink Plenty Of Water

It’s simple but dehydration can negatively impacts your T levels.

Studies show that up to two thirds of us don’t drink enough water.

This stops the body from performing at full capacity & this can mean lower testosterone but also inhibited wider health!
