We sent oxygen concentrators/cylinders to patients homes.There were health care workers going to peoples homes to give Inj Remdesivir/Clexane/Dexamethasone. We monitored them closely almost every 4 hrly.We called them every 4 hrly through the night to check on SPO2 levels.2/3
I know the western healthcare system operates differently but maybe our way could help save lives .
Home care for COVID should be part of COVID protocols when no hospital/ICU beds are available . 3/3
