Physical, mental, verbal, emotional & energetic boundaries are essential in the workplace, at school, at home & in public, and are especially critical for those who are more intuitive, sensitive or empathetic. Its a gift to all involved when we can discern appropriate boundaries.
Boundaries protect us and keep us in integrity. And when we practice them faithfully, we see that they are actually acts of self-love AND love for others, creating safe spaces for us all to be our beautiful, authentic selves.🤍✨
