How many of you know what 'protected and concerted activity" is in the context of workplace organizing?

TWO OR MORE employees taking action for their protection or benefits regarding terms and conditions of employment.  A single employee may also engage in protected concerted activity if he or she is acting on the authority of other employees, OR ORGANIZING

They will try to fire you for organizing but if you know the law you know they legally cannot

examples of protected concerted activities:
2 or more employees addressing their employer about improving their pay.
2 or more employees discussing work-related issues such as safety concerns, with each other.

An employee speaking to an employer on behalf of one or more co-workers about improving workplace conditions.
