Update on vaccines: We’ve reached an agreement with Pfizer for an additional 20 million doses of their COVID-19 vaccine. Thanks to our agreements with Moderna and Pfizer, we anticipate having 80 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines arriving this year from those companies alone.
By mid-spring - between April and June - we’ll have enough doses to vaccinate up to 20 million people across the country. And as we’ve said before, we’re on track to have every Canadian who wants a vaccine receive one by September.
We’ve let the provinces and territories know how many vaccines they’ll be getting each week between now and the end of February - and we’ll keep working to get even more vaccines delivered as soon as we can. For more on our vaccine rollout, click here:  https://bit.ly/2LsRY4n
