THE MIND & BODY & SOUL CONNECTION THREAD

When it comes to the mind/body/soul connection & integrating starseed activation, it is HIGHLY IMPORTANT to not only "exercise the mind" via books, videos, podcasts, etc, but the PHYSICAL BODY as well.
Many have yet to bridge this gap, so it is just as important as mental stimulation for the mind as it is for the body. If you are a highly sensitive person or intuitive empath, you are prone to putting on "extra weight" (visible/invisible)
as a means for protection & likely have had it build up over months, years, & decades especially. This isn't limited to any gender specifically, but it is seen in females most due to the divine feminine suppression over the past centuries & millennia.
Each generation has experienced some form of an attack on the divine feminine energy, which created trauma to be passed down & stored in the root chakra, manifesting in the physical, SO "extra cushion" via visible/invisible weight was set to counteract that trauma.
As you heal & reclaim your power/energy from those traumatic situations be it generational curses or specific things related to your individual path, not only should this energy be integrated into the mind/soul/heart space, but the physical space as well.
Many fear going to public places to work out for fear of judgment, which likely stems from a traumatic wound, SO once you get your "power back", that can transmute those insecurities to feeling secure in your own personal body (think of turning can't into can).
Physical activity is also NOT solely going to the gym. It can be walking, swimming, yoga, bike riding, rock climbing, hiking, running, dancing (ballet is being studied to strengthen the brain & fight memory loss), zumba, cross fit, among other activities.
When you have a balanced act of physical/mental/emotional (body/mind/spirit) connections within, this also keeps the chakras running smoothly together as a unit to bring you DNA activation & integration within your cells so that they appear in the physical body in time.
It also assists with ascension symptoms, making it easier to purge out any old energies that no longer serve you, so that you can make room (example; losing energetic spiritual baggage before it becomes physical AND energetic).
Physical exercise can also serve as a form of meditation for someone as well! It doesn't matter where or how long you've been exercising & active for, as long as you are finding activities you enjoy doing & following what you're guided to do.
