A simple step you can take to encourage a culture where sexual misconduct is exposed and dealt with: don’t use such allegations against a group you dislike as an argument about the overall worth of the group’s ideology unless you have a *very* strong reason.

If you weaponize allegations, victims of harassment who believe in their organizations’ missions will be hesitant to come forward.
