They're back in session to debate the 25th amendment resolution:

Pelosi just swore in a couple of members who I guess hadn't been seated yet? I'm not sure who and why.
Pelosi reminds people to follow the social distancing rules; asks for a moment of silence for a fallen USCP officer.
Now they're in recess for a period "less than 15 minutes". Not sure why, and the House abruptly recessing is now anxiety-provoking.
Meanwhile, here's the relevant part of the 25th Amendment: https://twitter.com/RutiRegan/status/1349133810730983424
And while we're waiting, here are some of my thoughts on why I support this 25th Amendment effort even though I have been opposed to invoking the 25th Amendment up until now: https://twitter.com/RutiRegan/status/1348715730074800133
I'm a little confused about where the stream is right now, so I may not realize right away when they're back.

I didn't know there would be a report, but there will be a report. https://twitter.com/TheAPJournalist/status/1349133353639841792
They're back, at a new link: https://www.c-span.org/video/?507878-5/house-session-part-3&playEvent&live
I can't back it up to the beginning because you can't rewind live videos on @cspan, but right now @RepMGS is pointing out that the president incited insurrection and that enough is enough.
And is outlining in detail the things that the President did (that everyone knows he in fact did.)
"We all know, even his most loyal supporters, that this President is unfit for office." @RepMGS
Now she's pointing out that unity requires accountability, putting country first, and getting Trump out of office.
Here's a good thread on today's House Rules Committee debate on the 25th amendment resolution: https://twitter.com/BBuchman_CNS/status/1348967126351179777
. @RepMGS thanks House custodial staff for putting things back together.
I'm not sure who's talking now. It's a Republican from Oklahoma, who is expressing that the riots were awful, in a tone that makes me suspect that a 'but...' is coming.
