// Long rant
Regarding the events that have happened over the last few days I feel like we need to learn a couple things from them, no matter what side you're on, no matter how much you hate one person

And one of these things is boundaries
Something that is lacking in many (if not all) fandoms is boundaries, people have to realize that there are limits

There is a really common attitude, found especially in k/pop fandoms, that sort of rewards edginess and harassment, thinking you have the high ground and are taking down a superior evil or something...
You can be mad with what someone did or said, you can qrt on private all you want and DM your friends about things,
Now, we have all probably done these things, but there's a big difference between people that just keep it at that and people that take the edgy route and constantly nag a person to the point of breaking just for clout and to "win" the fight
I'm not defending either side, I'm just asking for people to have some fucking respect and realize what the limits are. You have mute and block buttons there for a reason, if you don't like a person just simply block or mute and end it, no need to escalate things every
single time. Someone made a bad take? Ok, you can criticize it, you can make fun of it with your pals, but realize when you're going too far.
You have a personal problem with that person? Ok, figure things out between you two privately, DM each other, end it there
And for fucks sake don't fucking make edits of the fights you "won" that left other people at a breaking point, don't be that fucking petty
Now I don't defend either side, because both have done their wrongs, the people directly involved are not people I talk with, and to be honest I don't know much of what happened or all the people involved, but I can see that clearly things went too far and we all need a break
from these useless fandom fights that escalate to personal levels.
A person said some vile things about Zhenya, I was angry too when I read it, another person had a bad take about fan edits, I disagreed and retweeted some good edits

You can let these people know what they did wrong or tell them your opinions on the matter without escalating things to these points each time
And the Zhenya thing did cross lines by itself, it was very disrespectful of them to say that, but, and Im just repeating myself, many of you have to stop harassing people thinking you're the mvp. Make a thread on why what they did was fucked up or tell them directly
Do not nag them constantly or turn to the use of slurs and other offensive words or actions, please. If they go private then end the feud.
And I just realized that I made myself sound too saintly in some of these points, sorry for the wording but I'm to far into the thread to change things up ooop. I'm definitely not a perfect example...
I think I made my point clear anyway
