Of course we know cake is more expensive than bread but how would a rich queen know this? Many historians rubbish this quote and say it is part of French working class mythology. Nonetheless, how have our conditions changed today?

Where the kings and queens once ruled, they've now been replaced by corrupt politicians. We see them award themselves with pay rises using crooked institutions to portray it as an independent decision; they award themselves extra expenses, all while failing to do their jobs.

The Government officials get rich also through backhanders from big companies while the rest of us are exploited by these companies through the same deals which develop through such backhanders. We now have government that is so out of touch as the kings and queens of old were.

The same government recently awarded major companies public money to feed our most impoverished, and in the last two days we have seen the results.
But why did we expect anything else when we have multi-million pound companies, and rich government officials controlling this?

They couldn't tell us the price of a loaf, or the price of a pint of milk. They don't do their own shopping, they have maids and butlers and servants do it fom them. They had to be forced to do this for the poorest children in society, and still they found a way to cheat it.

This is a government most percentage of the electorate voted for. I won't have a go at those who did vote for them before because the lies and propaganda they sell can be so convincing if you don't know politics. They play on nationalism and pride, but that doesn't feed kids.

I just hope the people have seen enough now with this virus; with this contempt for the working class and most impoverished in society; this complete disregard for human life, that the people are now beginning to realise how out of touch these crooks in power are.

The people don't need cake, the people don't need spoonfed, we only need to take back the power. There are more working class than there are rich. So, why are we still playing by THEIR rules!?
