During last night's #BlastFromThePass I played #SeaOfSolitude, & I feel I kept it together pretty well.

But when the stream ended, I had a very real emotional response. I'm pretty aware and open about my emotions, and this game (as little as I've played so far) really hit home.
I am not ashamed to admit I teared up a bit as I sat back and reflected on what I had experienced in the game, and how it related to some similar experiences throughout my life, or the lives of loved ones.
I'm telling you this because I feel not talking about it is what holds many of us back. It's easy to feel like you're the only one who understands what you're going through, when in actuality, there are probably countless more who are in the same or similar boats.
So to whoever needs to hear it...
You are not alone. You are loved. You can do great things.
