Hus Kingpin: This man went on a godly 3 peat in 2020, easily one of the most hardworking MC's in the game rn dropping 6 quality projects since 2019. Great pen game and a very unique delivery He's dropping an album this year

Recommended: Cocaine beach/End of a decade

Ty Farris is definitely one of the best MC's in the game rn. He also went on an elite 3 peat last year and his 'No Cosign Just Cocaine' series is quality and very consistent. He's dropping the 4th this year

Recommended: Either album from the cocaine series or Wired Different

Guilty Simpson does not get enough credit despite easily being one of the best rappers from the Midwest and having collaborations with Madlib, Apollo Brownand Sean Price under his belt. Top 5 rapper from Detroit ez imo

Recommended: Random Axe-Self titled, Dice Game

Elzhi: Of course he had to be here. This dude is an all time great in my eyes most of you will know. One of the most creative storytellers, technically talented bar for bar lyricists of all time, he had the best feature run of the 2010s in my eyes.

Planet Asia: No cap maybe the best bar for bar lyricist the West Coast has to offer, Planet Asia has released literally dozens of projects throughout his career and his pen is always sharp on every release. This dudes lyricism is on another planet

Recommended: Anchovies

Skyzoo: This guy maybe has the best discography of the last 15 years, he literally doesn't miss. One of the illest lyricists, he has collaborated with Pete Rock, Apollo Brown, 9th Wonder and many others. He just makes beautiful music

Rozewood: If you like your underground east coast shit, definitely check out Rozewood this guy has an incredible mic presence and bars for days. 2012 is one of the most underrated albums of 2010

Ka: Ka just doesn't rap like anybody else. His pen game, his concepts are just incredible, would probably lyricially slice up your fav rapper rn with relative ease. Therapeutic music.

Blu: Not as underrated as he was a year go after dropping the 5 mic Miles, he really makes highly relatable music with clever wordplay throughout his music. A long hot red Los Angeles Night is one of the most underrated albums from last decade

Fashawn: Dropping one of the best debut albums of the 2000s with the classic Boy Meets World, Fashawn has one of the most expensive deliveries oat with a solid pen game. This debut is definitely not one to miss, competing with other west coast albums at that time like bth

Oh No is a very underrated rapper with a very expressive delivery and a super solid pen game. He collaborated with The Alchemist on 'You Disgust Me' (as Gangrene) dropping one of the best albums of 2015 period. If you are an Alch fan at least, def check him

Che Noir: One of the best rappers alive rn without a shadow of a doubt, Che is gifted bar for bar as well being a highly skilled storyteller. As god intended is easily one of the best and most touching albums of 2020 and she kept up with elite spitters like Black Thought.

Boldy James: Dropping four projects last year has given him a significant rise of popularity and for good reason. Manager On McNichols is a beautiful experimental album and Price of tea in China is amazing as well. His knack for emotional songs and descriptions, is amazing

Tsu Surf: One of the most captivating deliveries rn with quality lyricism, Surf dropped one of the most slept on albums of 2020 with MSYKM, Surf was able to balance banging production with quality rapping throughout the project.
