What are some of your favourite things about Edmonton?

There’s a lot going on in the world right now and we shouldn’t ignore that but I thought it would be good to also explore some of the things that bring you joy.

For me, one of my favourite things is our public library system. @EPLdotCA is not just amazing in comparison to other cities in our province and country, I think you can easily make the case that it is the best system in the world (they even have an award that says that). #yeg
I would also say the people in this city are fantastic. I always find that people are willing to help no matter what. We have so many Edmontonians who are doing great things to help make Edmonton even better than it already is. We still have that small town spirit in a big city.
The replies are giving me great joy. Thank you all for sharing what you love about Edmonton. It has also given me the opportunity to follow new Edmontonians on Twitter which is always a delight. #yeg
