JG focuses on the development of young players - how its difficult in such a short window so you have to do the best you can to evaluate the young players.
Q: I think we did accomplish what we wanted to accomplish, there are about 3/4 things you have to harp on and be good at come Thursday Night, you can't focus on everything.

JD: We're right in the middle of this thing (rebuild) (...expresses excitement about several young players). The youngsters are getting experience and learning what it takes. It's a process. I love that we are where we are, that we're in a tough division.

Q: Yea, at the end of 56 games we feel we can be a top 4 team in the division. We're going to need a lot to go right (brings up Strome having a repeat season). With so many youngsters anyone can Pop. Our goal is to make the playoffs.

JG: I didn't look at KK or AL based on side. I was just happy to get them. We draft the best available. It's all the same w/top players. They don't care where you put them they just want to be put with the top players.
