One of the most beautiful things about Christianity is that it is open for truly anybody to convert to, no matter what you've done nor no matter what you've been through.

The radical transformations from Saul to Paul, from felon to pastor, are amazing.

I believe the Church over emphasizes these "radical" conversion stories at the expense of "boring" testimony from those raised in a good household of believers.

It should be our goals that our friends and especially children don't rack up "worse sins" prior to conversion (2/3)
I want all people, including those outcasted for their sins, to know that there is hope and love and forgiveness at the cross upon repentence and putting your trust in Jesus. Period.

But I worry some feel ashamed for their good upbringing. And that's nuts. (3/3)
