Most people have a tough time reflecting when they are in pain and they pay attention to other things when the pain passes, so they miss out on the reflections that provide the lessons. If you can reflect well while you’re in pain (which is probably too much to ask), great. (1/6)

I am in pain because of the loss of my son. I feel it emotionally. We all have our emotional minds that are subliminal and intellectual minds that are conscious. (4/6)
It’s so important to be in them both and align them when reflecting because they both have to be well and aligned for one to be well. Meditation helps me a lot. So does doing what comes naturally and feeling and observing myself feeling and doing them. (5/6)
