Week 2 into using Clubhouse, I am much happier with the rooms I'm getting in my hallway. Suggestions in the thread:
function. It's helpful if you can search your areas of interest through keywords. Under 'People', look at the bios and follow people whose profiles resonate with you. Under 'Clubs', you can follow based on description & also check out the bios of the top members of that club.
Under thesearch bar are the themes. Pick a subtheme and read bios of the people listed in area. But don't base choices on the number of someone's follows, because a lot of people chase the follows. They're bloated strawberries.

When in a room that you like, check out the bios of the people there, whether on stage or in the audience. It's likely that they will attend similar events in the future and those rooms will become more visible to you if you follow them.
I also UNFOLLOWED all the automatic suggestions that CH made for me when I clicked on my interests the first day... and that helped get rid of a lot of irrelevant rooms. Hope this helps.
