I spoke to my one of my friends who lives in Cal after so many years. That person suggested that they are planning to move out of state due to the political climate. This was first sign of trouble because Cal is a blue state. Apparently this person thinks that Trump didn’t incite
violence to his support who then marched to the Capitol city to attempt a failed coup. I tried my best to explain what Trump stands for. The ironic thing is he is a man of God yet he supports Trump. I even shared a very good thread that analyzed Trump’s speech in detail yet his
response was I don’t judge others based on what other people tell me to think. That was the moment i realized that my friendship with this person can no longer continue and I just said goodbye. It’s really sad state America is in right now because it’s more divided than ever.
