I think there's a difference between having schadenfreude that the capitol-storming conservatives are, first-hand, learning the consequences of how fucked up our policing, justice, and prison systems are (and at relatively minor levels of it, too) and cheering on those policies

BUT it's a fine line, and probably not one worth pushing too close on. I think it's possible I may have crossed it in some tweets & retweets making fun of the Q Shaman guy, so I'll say clearly: I don't think locking people in cages is humane - prison should be abolished

even for him! I'm not gonna spend like, a ton of effort making sure he's the first one to be freed, but...as much as these are shitty people, I do believe our system only delivers more injustice
