Want to know about how we are doing with vaccinating those in nursing homes in the #Hoosier state?

@CVSHealth is immunizing nursing home (NH) residents in 49 states, including Indiana.

They release a daily report, which you can see here:
https://bit.ly/2Lh2ZpF

1/
As of 1/11, they have immunized 12,673 Hoosier NH residents during 167 vaccination clinics around the state.

This works out to about 76 shots per clinic.

(The word "clinic" can be misleading- they are immunizing the residents at their facility.)

2/
They are set up to do another 98 clinics over the next 7 days, so at the current immunization rate they will have immunized 20,109 #Hoosier NH residents by 1/18.

3/
The most recent "Comprehensive Care Facility Occupancy Rate Report" from the @StateHealthIN is January 2019 and notes that there are 38,795 Hoosiers in NH.

(Despite the old report, these data are stable and consistent with previous reports.)

4/
We have currently immunized 33% of #Hoosier NH residents and at the current rate of immunization will have them all done with first shots in ~3-4 weeks.

Assuming 3-4 weeks between the first and 2nd shots, all #Hoosier NH residents should be fully immunized by early March.
