Hot takes for baby SW:

Developing a brand takes time, and shouldn’t be your focus in year one. Developing a solid reputation and making $$$ should be the focus.

Being “high end” means nothing at all if you’re not making money.

This is a business first and a lifestyle second.
Reinvest money in advertising first. Fancy sites, fancy photo shoots come later.

Provide excellent service all the time to encourage repeat business. I would rather have 25k over the course of a year than 1k once.

Regulars are where it’s at. Focus on building ..
A stable of them and keeping that stable full.

Natural attrition happens. Keep your pipeline full.

Being naturally pretty and slutty isn’t enough. Develop a good head for business.

Don’t buy Loubs. Boys but Loubs for us. We save and invest in more important things
Safety and screening are the first things you should learn and the most important things to learn as well.

Think long term. SW is not a get rich quick scheme.

Everything is reputation. Protect it.

A simple website is always better than a complex one.
Email marketing. Learn it and do it.

Learn how to de-escalate conflict.

Always be learning and accept you don’t know everything. Open minded, teachable SWs win.

Learn how to manage your personal finances.

Never copy another SW. But do take notice of what works...
And adapt principles to your business.

Never compromise your personal bottom line.

Never try to blend in to the community. Seek always to highlight what’s unique about you.
You’re going to have to spend time with guys you find unattractive.

You’re going to have to sell them on the fact that you think they’re hot.
Spend 80% of your time on income producing activities.

I’ve had people ask me about what their “brand angle” should be and they hadn’t gotten their first paying client yet.

20% of your time can be for fluffy stuff.
Higher rates don't always equal higher income, it's better to be fully booked at a lower rate than waiting by the phone at a higher one - @ogleogleogleo

Don’t worry about market saturation, slow seasons, etc. They are all temporary. Focus on your business.

SW will always be here because guys will always be horny. Success in this industry comes down to consistency and longevity.

Don’t worry that you’re not hot enough. You are.
You can’t age out of sex work. Ever.

One of my most successful colleagues was in her 70s. Fully booked and making bank.
If you think you can get into this business to take men’s money and give them nothing in return, you’re off base.

Even people who engage in that fetish are providing a service in exchange.

Even professional meanies.
I can’t stress enough to give excellent experiences no matter what your niche is. This will bring clients back over and over. This will build your businesses.

If you don’t want to do that, maybe rethink your strategy or your decision to be a SWer.
