How To Stand Out As A Coach On Twitter

//Thread//
Content is King, but Format is Queen

If the content sucks, so will the response from those who see it.

Step 1. Nail The Content
First 3 Seconds

On average, studies show people spend between 1-3 seconds on each tweet.

The Mindless Scroll

Step 2. If you want people to stop, and view what you have to say, catch them immediately (graphic, verbage, color).
Some General Rules of Twitter

1. Concise tweets
2. Use of visuals
3. Keep it actionable (like a step list) 1. 2. 3.

Easy to consume and understand = Easy to share
Coaches In Action

Let's take a look at Coaches/Accounts who stand out on Twitter because of the way they use the platform, and have a "style" or way in which they do their thing.

A reminder that the content is 👑 but format is 👸

👇
Unapologetically Himself @EricPMusselman

Coach Muss does a great job of being creative, memorable and unapologetically himself in the content that comes from his Twitter. This makes you stop to check it out.

The Builder

@coachliamflynn is a master of building + adding onto concepts with his own knowledge/work.

In addition to Coach Flynn being a top shelf Coach himself, he is constantly jumping deeper into other coaches tweets, giving further examples 👇
