There is a MASSIVE misperception out there that Bruce Arians offense had to change to accommodate Tom Brady.

No, Arians offense had to change to accommodate achieving consistent, successful offensive play in NFL. And it has past 5 weeks. Would be true regardless of who the QB is
It's been great self-scouting to change the things the Bucs have changed to enhance their offense, but it really has nothing to do with fitting to Brady. There's a reason Arians' offenses weren't lighting it up for the past several years, and why they always were inefficient
He's changed 4-5 things that have made a world of difference, & Leftwich has undoubtedly been a big part of that too. They deserve a ton of credit. But Brady can do/has done everything Arians has traditionally done too. It just wasn't a scheme conducive to consistent NFL success
