1-2 taun terakhir w belajar kalo tiap orang emang lebih alami ngeklik sama tipe orang tertentu (ga mesti temenan sama semua orang), dan beberapa orang emang karakter yang sulit (kalo mereka ga suka u, belum tentu salah u)
Akhirnya menerima kalo lebih gampang klik sama sesama wonkish. Sulit buat nyambung sama yang demen gosip apalagi make itu jadi social currency. Karena, w aja ga cukup waktu buat breakdown masalah sendiri, ngapaen keep track urusan orang lain.
Facing difficult characters ini yg berasa kek lain dlm game IRL. Mulai dari orang grandiose yg happen to be boss/client, orang yg bawaannya negative thinking mulu etc.

It helps karena dari asesmen yang lebih imbang pelan2 ngebentuk mindset dan habit buat bodoamat, yang mana emang lebih sehat. Some people tend to be people-pleaser, and that's definitely me. Kalo lagi sial ketemu orang yang manipulatif, abis deh.
On a side note, some industries do thrive by purportedly targeting underpaid perfectionist people-pleasers as their fuel. Ga perlu sebut merk, but in some field it is actually embedded in the system.
