Gurian says that her main takeaway from the #coronavirus pandemic has been the unequal impact of the pandemic on those poorest & minority groups. Says #Inclusion should include #SocialClass as well as #Race & #Gender. #FindingTime

Such #Inclusion should not only include accessibility of spaces, but also looking at the language used in job descriptions & the questioning reverence towards academic qualifications, rather than skills #FindingTime

Gurian says that, on the whole, the #Museum and #Heritage sectors have been very innovative in their response to the #Coronavirus pandemic. However, argues that the sectors need to get better at sharing best practise amongst institutions #FindingTime

Gurian also says that many museums have "pushed against their mission" during the pandemic; giving the example of a museum local to her that is using its "real assets" (the building) as a #Coronavirus vaccination site #FindingTime
