Even without facial recognition, HireVue's AI-based platform still raises plenty of fairness and trustworthiness concerns—moving to a speech-based model without any other changes is just shifting the problem to a different medium. Still, this is a big deal!
Correction: EPIC's complaint was filed in Nov. 2019, not last year.
