...to resources; judgments about lack of attendance at conferences, in-person events; lower/different bandwidths for taking on "extra" work in the Academy; slower/different timescales for publishing work; perception that digital participation is lesser, lacking. /2 #GMS2021
we can't return to the old, inaccessible "normal" once the worst of the pandemic is over. we have to listen to disabled, ECR communities & integrate strategies moving forward for a more equitable, inclusive, accessible Academy which will beneft ALL scholars /3 #GMS2021
