According to GCD, this is a Tom Ryan cover. As it is a painting, there is no pencil/inker/color credits really. It is the only cover in the 8 comic series with credits on GCD.
Tom Ryan (passed away in 2011) was a western themed artist for decades.
More Tom Ryan western themed art. He did a lot of book jacket paintings and is also known for basically a longitudinal look at a single ranch over decades.
Tom Ryan art. That Dell Idaho cover is, I think, the only comic book cover credit he has. Whether it was painted for Dell or Dell purchased a book cover (or a rejected submission) I don't know.
