Amazon made a decision which appears to be consistent with its terms of services. However, unlike Twitter, they are in the position of a landlord seeking eviction. There should be a 10 or 30 days notice.

(3/3) Regarding Apple, on the other hand, I object to the idea that they can choose which Apps I can install on *my* phone. This is fundamentally different from the decision made by Twitter. This is a restriction imposed on the *owners* of the phones.
