tone.Everything around Misaka's world started crumbling down. The arc really excelled at creating this strong antagonistic environment to develop Misaka's character.
Everything was building up to that bridge scene with touma and misaka which was btw by far the best moment in the arc, had me bawling my eyes out. Seeing Misaka with everything weighting down on her conscience as she finally is breaking up find a heroic figure to save her was-
-incredibly emotional.Also I fucking love touma btw, had me screaming MY MC multiple times.
Accelator was great too, he's really entertaining with an overwhelming presence and personality. A bit under-developed but there were hints at him getting more fleshed out towards the end.
J.C staff really snapped with this arc, incredibly well directed with great voice acting,music, animation etc. Visual imagery was grest too.
Really loved this arc.Need to sit down on it a bit but it's a strong 9 at the very least.
