1) No

2) Why is it not noted that these pictures are in a beach vacation spot during a pandemic https://twitter.com/VogueRunway/status/1348872155782668288
A lot of white celebrities seem to be into this colonialist nonsense of jetting off to beach vacations in struggling countries. Reminder that puts a lot of vulnerable workers at risk. https://time.com/5921756/mexico-tourism-coronavirus/
The hospitals in Mexico are overwhelmed. Healthcare workers are dying at obscene rates.

It is not a flex to take a beach vacation there and celebs need to have agents who can explain this. "Causing death for capitalist flexing" isn't a great brand image

90% of the hospital beds in Mexico are full. Covid is hitting new records.

Celebs and influencers REALLY need to stop the "oh my gosh I'm in Tulum for seeelllff-caaaarrre, I work so hard, pew pew pew!" flex.

Stop traveling overseas in a pandemic.

A great reason to never stan anyone is that these people are literally demonstrating to you that they don't care if you -- or anyone -- lives or dies, as long as they can flex their money and have their fun.
Capitalism makes people into monsters, part 1000.
I really don't think the intrinsic white desire for colonialism will ever stop. White celebs and influencers are taking their Covid risks to the global south and coming back to the US/Europe with it. This pandemic proves that cultural colonialism is permanent.
