I believe some people have lost their minds on #fintwit with Euphoria in their own ability. You don't actually need or probably won't be the person to truly uncover the next gem. Many names being touted now as the next gem that were same company /1

last April, May, June. I knew about them because I had used a screener a few times. They pop up on top always; $MWK being an example. This isn't a negative on that company. Could be great but I feel there is an element of fishing going on in general. People diving lower. /2

I could be wrong but it just feels that way. These are the same companies that weren't as attractive back when the best ones were more reasonably valued. But I still ask why go second tier, or third tier or beyond? /3

And finally if you tout a ticker and it goes up 50% a week later. You are not a genius. If you say : $ABC will breakout next week and I see it going to $X. That's trading by TA. I'm fine with that. A trade is not an investment so why bother even stating the Invest thesis? /4

So if you are following blindly along, for what it's worth, just take note of this. There are pros and pretenders. Identifying the difference will probably save you money in the long run.
