I have been extremely vocal about my disdain with the MCU on here. I think this franchise has a real problem with their handling of villains, love interests, costume design, visual aesthetic, formulaic structure, quality, & craftsmanship, etc. I can honestly go on.

This behemoth of a franchise has had some quality installments throughout the years (IRON MAN, WINTER SOLDIER, etc) but for me, it wasn't until INFINITY WAR when I was truly blown away by its grandiosity. A complete annihilation on its competitors. It was a wrap.

Now, I am not going to start "shilling" an entire corporation over one f*cking movie. But honestly, I *like* what the MCU is doing & the direction in which they are heading.

They actually have some semblance of a cohesive plan. There will be films that I will skip over or not care about but overall, they completely nailed the shared cinematic universe concept.
