A Thread about how Ole is doing a good job, The positives he's brang and how we're heading in the right direction!

1) Bringing back a good vibe and Positivity!
When Moyes, LVG, and Jose we're incharge we we're board and watching Utd at times ended up being like a chore! LVG and Jose would constantly get into fights with the press and pundits! Bringing a negative energy!

1) Ole has been far more positive! Bringing a feel good factor back to Utd knowing there is still plenty of work still to be done! He doesn't shy away from responsibility or blames others for his/The teams miskaes! He doesn't get into stupid arguments with Press/Pundits! #MUFC

2) Getting players enjoying their Football again!
We sore under LVG and Jose how miserable players were! Especially at the end! The likes of Pogba, Martial and Rashford not being happy or enjoying themselves! Also hanging certain players out to dry in press conferences!

2) Under Ole he's brought a positive energy to the squad! If a player/Squad feels good they will perform better! When Ole has been under pressure you can clearly tell the players are fighting for him! Because he has the belief of the squad and believe in his ideas! #MUFC

3) Recruitment! Awful under Moyes, LVG and Jose! They brought different types of players with different playing styles! Look at Moyes! (Fellaini! Tall, Strong, Physical and an arieal threat) (Mata!- Small, nimble, Plays in pockets and between the lines) A big contrast!

3) LVG and Jose we're looking for a quick fix, Players like Di Maria, Falcao, Sanchez! ETC! Players on big wages and contracts who didn't want to be here. The quick fix doesn't work! Ok LVG won the FA Cup! Jose won the Carabao Cup and UEL but proved it wasn't sustainable.

3) Also LVG and Jose did not have a good relationship with Woodward and the board buy not getting players they wanted! Under LVG we sold players at the time that were good players. (RVP, Evans, Rafael) Bringing players that wasn't as good or even worse! ( Rojo, Darmian)

3) Under Ole the recruitment has been much better! Finding players who fit the Utd DNA, Who are young and hungry who want to be at Utd! buying players to fit a style. He doesn't chuck his toys out of the pram if he doesn't get someone he wants (Sancho)

3) He also doesn't buy rotten apples. He would rather wait and be patient to find the right player and work with what he's got. Not panic buy someone who's not as good as what he has. Also someone who doesn't want to be here!

3) He's definitely improved the playing squad!
(AWB)- Young/Darmian
(Maguire) Went from 54 conceeded in 18/19 to 38 conceeded in 19/20!
(Telles) Brilliant LB option
(Bruno) - Pereira
(VDB) - Lingard
(Cavani) Quality experienced striker
(James) Good cheap squad player

3) He has also got rid of deadwood!

(Lukaku wanted to leave, Overweight in 2nd season and didn't fit Ole's style)
(Smalling also Wanted to move on)

Also pushed not gooed enough players out!

3) Since Ole arrived there has been a stategy. (Very fustrated on how long the board takes to get deals done)
Ole clearly knows what players he wants and what types.
Every player he's brought have been U27 apart from 2 which have been Ighalo on loan and Cavani for free.

3) Ighalo and Cavani were panic buys. That happend because Ole wanted Haaland in the January in Which Woodward and Co didn't deliver! We definitely need a director of football to help Ole and Football structure up top! Football people with Ole making the decisions. #MUFC

3) We've also seen big investment in the academy! Quality yougsters for the future. (Diallo, Pellistri, Mejbri, McNeil, Hugill) When Ole came in it was at least a 3-5 Yr project. The board we have, The deadwood that had/has to go and the players we have/need to bring in. #MUFC

4) Ole's Improvement of players!

Martial - Gone from 10 - 20 goals a season! Looks more like a ST! Brilliant hold up/Link up play.

Rashford - Gone from 10 - 20 goals a season! More consistant and looking more like a LW! Brilliant dribbling and directness.

4) Greenwood - Not many managers play an 18/19 yr old forward and trust them. Ole did with Greenwood and haven't looked back. Scoring 18 goals in his first full season. Only regularly starting at RW post Lockdown. Definitely Utd's future number 9.

4) Fred - We signed him for 50M! We thought waste after his 1st Yr. Ole came in and in Fred's 2nd season was given a run of games. since then has become one of our most consistant performers! Great at breaking up play, Great energy and tenacity and looks to play forwards.

4) McTominay! When we 1st sore him we didn't know weather we would quite be good enough. Just like Fred he got a run of games and proved he's good enough to be in Utd's Squad! Having good leadership skills and Utd DNA. Also becoming a goal threat under Ole from midfield!

4) Shaw! This has been Shaw's most consistant run for Utd! Having that awful injury under LVG to being slaughtered by Jose! Ole came in and has proven he's his 1st choice LB! The competition of Williams really helped Shaw last year to kick on and be more consistant! #MUFC

4) Matic! Matic wasn't getting much game time at the beginning of last season. Ole called apon him in the Xmas period and has gone on to find some good form. Giving us calmness and compsure from deep line midfield, We also keep more clean sheets when Matic plays. #MUFC

5) Ole's trust in youth!
Ole's given great trust in young/Academy players with the likes of Henderson, Tuanzebe, Williams, Greenwood and the signing of James! consistantly being in the 1st team squad. They have all performed when asked apon and all have great potential. #MUFC

6) Installing comback spirit! Under Ole we never know when we're beaten! Weather it's that great comeback in Paris or the games this season against Southampton and West Ham were we didn't play well as we should but they never lie down attitude got us the win and the 3 Pts #MUFC

Ole's doing a good job! I wish more people could see it!
