I got a load of questions about vaccines today. As I understand it we’re mired in mid table mediocrity when it comes to our European neighbours. When you consider that we have chosen to neglect and ignore *the discipline of* public health for decades now to the point where we do
not even have consultant public health teams then from that base to be mid table in EU terms is not too bad at all. It is equally no surprise that countries like Denmark who have been world leaders in epidemiology and public health for decades are out in front, because they had a
15 year head start on putting in place the experience, the human, infrastructural and IT resources to handle a task of this magnitude. Yes, maybe you know and can distil enough wisdom into your 240 characters to tell us the one thing we can do to fix it and be as good as the
Danes but being completely honest with ya, I doubt it. Like a lot of things exposed by this pandemic, this is the fruits of many years coming home to roost.
For the attention of Bros. Please look up what *the discipline of* public health is before you end up saying something potentially embarrassing about hospitals getting loads of money or something.
I tipped them off so I did. And still they jumped in, two-footed.
