1. Find your community and interact
Follow accounts in your niche.
Reply to their tweets.
Tag them in your tweets.
Share value with them.
Cross-promote if possible.
Get the attention of their followers.
Send DMs. It's the hard part but don't be afraid.

Showing up every day and interacting are key.
I'd still choose quality over quantity, though.
And stick to your niche as much as possible.
Be consistent with what you say and how you say it.
