Well folks, MassDEP has officially ruled in favor of the polluters once again. This evening we learned that MassDEP Presiding Officer Jane Rothchild ruled in favor of Enbridge in our BACT appeal. 1/
Though we aren't surprised by this decision, we are disappointed. Disappointed that an agency tasked w/ protecting the environment has yet again proven that they feel no need to follow their mission. In our books, DEP stands for Dept. of Enabling Polluters. 2/
But don't worry. The fight isn't over! We're taking this appeal to federal court. Stay tuned for more updates. Thank you for sticking with us.
