Starting Tuesday afternoon, we will be employing a "Standby List" for any remaining doses of COVID-19 vaccine.
Five doses of vaccine come in each vial, meaning a maximum of four doses would be offered through the Standby List on a given day.

Requirements: at least 18 years old, able to get to the Five Points area of East Nashville within 30 minutes of the end of the vaccination day at 2:30pm.

The list is cleared each day, so feel free to enter one time each day you satisfy the requirements.

Be sure to include a phone number in your entry, and be willing to answer a call from a number you do not recognize at 2:30pm.
Those who are randomly selected would also receive their second dose at the recommended time.
