If the 2021 NFL Salary Cap hits the $175M floor, don't expect the #Vikings to do much in free agency. The Vikings currently have over $189M in 2021 cap liabilities, and cutting Reiff, Shamar and Rudolph would just barely get them under that cap after signing the 2021 draft class.
The Vikings could of course create more space if they wanted to, by e.g. extending Smith, restructuring Barr/Thielen, or with more salary-to-bonus conversions. But they'll also need around $5M for the practice squad, IR & the final 53 and will probably sign some depth guys too.
That said @ProFootballTalk reported last month that the new TV deals & a return to normalcy could result in the 2021 cap being set as high as $195M.

If that's the case, then I could see the Vikings spending big on Thuney/Scherff and/or finding DL help and a new starting safety.
