How is the #COVID19 vaccination program going in Long Term Care in Ontario?

It's happening...led by Public Health, Primary Care, Nursing & EMS.

It's not perfect but it's happening - needles are going into arms of the most vulnerable.

Windsor Essex is done. Yep.

"Dr. Wajid Ahmed, Medical Officer of Health for Windsor Essex says the Health Unit finished the vaccinations on Sunday January 10th, well ahead of the province’s goal of having long-term care homes vaccinated by January 25th." https://twitter.com/windsoriteDOTca/status/1348653570682449925?s=20

And plenty more...

You get the point - vaccination in Long Term Care is happening.

It could be faster, there are clear bumps on the road, but it is happening.

January is tough - but this will help.
Also, I get it. I'm on the Task Force.

I'm not here for PR...There are things that go well & things that don't go as well - and I don't shy away from talking about either.

But LTC vaccination is progressing well, and clearly that is good news.
