this really goes for anybody, but itâs disheartening to see those close to me have an attitude of âIâm gonna put myself through hell but Iâll deal w/ it when I get thereâ in school. sure, the stress and anxiety is often unavoidable, but there are things you can do now! (2/6)
this is gonna look different for everybody. for me, itâs making sure that when I schedule classes, I have ample time in the day for a full lunch. (now of course on fridays I only have a 30 min break bc of a professorâs scheduling conflict, but it wasnât my fault

again, certain things are unavoidable. being in school (during a pandemic) is hard! but you can be proactive and start taking care of yourself now, even â and especially! â if you think youâll be âfine.â
