👀 Getting a sense of perspective

Things may feel very immediate and intense - but it’s helpful to make yourself take a broader view. Ask yourself how you will feel about the thing that’s upsetting you in a week, a month or a year? 📅

🌟 Practising positivity
You are stronger than you know. Even if you feel like you can’t carry on, try to appreciate just how strong you are and think about how you've faced challenging situations before and got through them..

... try to think of one positive outcome – perhaps that you’ll learn something from this experience, that you’ve been through it and it hasn’t broken you, or it’s helped you know who you really trust 🤩

☕️ Giving yourself a break
Sometimes you can be your own worst critic, so when you're stressed or worried don't be too hard on yourself.

Despite how you may feel, you’re a valuable person who deserves good things 💫

Emotional resilience is worth practicing for life, not just for lockdown.
