While @ovi8 was the most mentioned NHL player last season, @AM34 was the most mentioned player on a 🇨🇦team. While fans are talking a lot about @AM34, the most followed @MapleLeafs player is actually new addition @Simmonds17.
The NHL season kicks off in 🇨🇦 with an all-time classic we'll see 10 times this year. The @CanadiensMTL visit the @MapleLeafs at @ScotiabankArena on Wednesday at 7pm. Keep it locked on Twitter as we know that we will have a 🇨🇦 team in the 3rd round for the first time since 2018.
In other hockey news, you can also catch the inaugural game of Toronto's own @nwhl team, @TheTorontoSix, on January 23rd as they aim to win the Isobel Cup.
