In the states it has only been a few hours since we received the news about the changes to canon law. I’ve already seen progressive theologians mad and disappointed seeing this as a small meaningless step and I’ve seen rad trads enraged. As usual this is the norm lol
The problem with both of these groups is they want THEIR Church. That’s who they serve. Not The Church as she is. Until these idols are addressed these ‘factions’ in the church will only continue on but this is nothing new in the history of the Church.
Every generation have those that believe their views, desires and ideas of and for the Church are the best and most inline with Christ. Again why the message today of Mark 1:15 is so needed. :-)
