1. Sunday marked the 4th time since the start of 2019 Mitch Trubisky failed to produce double digit points in a game for the #Bears offense.

For context? Aaron Rodgers has done that three times. In his career.
2. Trubisky still has fans. That is admirable. He’s a good kid. He tries really hard. He has done everything right off the field.

The problem? All that work has amounted to little. He's had a top 10 defense the entirety of his career and a 29-24 record to show for it. #Bears
3. Anthony Miller has been ejected twice in his NFL career.

He hasn’t had a 100-yard game since December 15th, 2019.

He had 7 TDs as a rookie. He’s had 4 since.

Erratic route running. Not listening to coaches. Guys have been cut for way less. #Bears
4. Javon Wims should’ve been cut after throwing those punches earlier in the year.

The #Bears keeping him was an appalling lack of accountability.

Then he had the pivotal drop of their entire season. Ball don’t lie.
5. Ryan Nall and DeAndre Carter both touched the football for the #Bears offense. In a playoff game.

Carter had one more touch than Cole Kmet and just two fewer touches than Allen Robinson.

Scheme means very little if the ball isn’t put in the hands of your best players.
6. The #Bears defense held the Saints offense, who were fully healthy, to 7 points until just over four minutes left in the 3rd quarter.

Without Roquan Smith, Jaylon Johnson, and Eddie Goldman.

That is so unbearably frustrating.
7. Kindle Vildor had seven solo tackles. Duke Shelley had a pass defense and should’ve had an interception.

They really stepped up.

It’s crazy to think Eddie Jackson was the worst defensive back on the field for the #Bears.
8. Eddie Jackson seems to have lost his fire. The aggressiveness and swagger are gone.

He’s thinking too much. In his own head.

Is it the scheme? Has he lost his edge after getting paid? The #Bears need to find out fast. He is now at 17-straight games without an INT.
9. Matt Nagy’s regular season offenses:

- 2018 – 21st
- 2019 – 29th
- 2020 – 26th

Matt Nagy’s playoff offenses:

- 15 points vs. Eagles
- 9 points vs. Saints

It’s not fun to think about how bad it could’ve really been if the #Bears defense were as good as it was.
10. GM Ryan Pace isn’t the worst GM the #Bears ever had. He built a great D and a strong culture. Yet this will forever be his legacy.

- Paying Mike Glennon $45 million
- Taking Trubisky over Mahomes and Watson
- Giving up a 4th round pick and $21 million for Nick Foles
11. If George McCaskey is going to make a move at GM and/or head coach, he should do it quickly. Most of the top candidates for both spots are still available.

GM:
- Rick Smith
- George Paton
- Marvin Allen

Head coach:
- Brandon Staley
- Brian Daboll
- Joe Brady

#Bears
12. The #Bears will have the 20th pick in the NFL draft this year.

They’ve held that pick seven times in their history and produced three eventual Pro Bowlers with it including Kyle Long.

Interesting factoid? A QB has never been selected at that spot in league history.
